For software & SaaS companies

Security testing between your annual pentests, not just once a year.

Your product ships every week. Your pentest happens once a year. We test what changed in between: your attack surface, your cloud, your AI features, and whether your team would catch an attack in progress.

Fixed price per scope. Every test runs under a signed authorization and rules of engagement.

What we test

Four ways we help software teams.

Pick one or combine them. Each is scoped in writing and quoted as a fixed price.

Continuous security validation

The gap between annual pentests is where new risk shows up. We run monthly checks of your external attack surface, retest the findings you fixed to confirm they stay fixed, and run targeted tests when you ship a material change like a new auth flow, API or integration.

Cloud security assessments

A review of your AWS or Azure configuration: identity and access, network exposure, storage, logging and secrets. Then attack-path analysis, which shows how a single weak spot could chain into access to production data, and what to change to break the chain.

AI and LLM application testing

If your product uses a language model, it has new ways to fail. We test for prompt injection, leakage of data or system prompts, and abuse of the tools and agents your model can call. Findings map to the OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications.

Detection engineering and SOC build-out

Testing tells you where you are exposed. Detection tells you when someone is using it. We help integrate your SIEM and EDR, write SOAR playbooks, and set up AI-assisted triage where a person approves every action.

What this is

Testing that keeps pace with your releases.

  • Ongoing and targeted testing between your annual pentests
  • Retests that confirm fixes held after the next deploy
  • Findings your engineers can act on with evidence and a suggested fix
  • Detection work that turns findings into alerts your team will see
What this is not

It complements your annual pentest. It never replaces it.

  • Not your independent annual pentest. Keep the firm you show your auditors and customers.
  • Not an attestation, audit or certification. We do not issue compliance reports.
  • No testing without a signed authorization and rules of engagement for every asset in scope.
  • No denial-of-service or social engineering unless you ask for it in writing.
How an engagement works

Scope. Authorize. Test. Fix. Retest.

You know the price before any work starts, and nothing is touched until you sign.

  1. Scope by email

    no meetings needed

Tell us what you want tested and why. We reply with a written scope, a timeline and a fixed price.

  2. Sign and authorize

    before any testing

You sign the authorization and rules of engagement: assets, test windows, contacts, and what is off limits.

  3. Test and report

    fixed price

Each finding comes with evidence, a severity, and a clear fix your engineers can ship.

  4. Retest

    included

Once you have fixed the findings, we retest them and confirm in writing which ones are closed.

FAQ

Questions engineering leaders ask.

Can this replace our annual pentest?

No. Keep your independent annual pentest for your auditors and customers. This work runs in between, so issues get found and fixed months earlier and your annual report has fewer surprises.

Do you hold certifications like SOC 2 or CREST?

No, and we will not claim to. The founder holds a cybersecurity degree and leads an enterprise security operations program. If you need an attested report, that comes from your independent pentest or audit firm.

Will testing touch production?

Only if you approve it in writing. The rules of engagement name every asset, the test windows, and anything off limits. Many clients point us at staging first.

How is it priced?

Each scope gets a fixed price, quoted by email before any work starts. Continuous validation is a monthly fixed fee. Assessments and testing projects are a one-time fixed fee.

How do you handle our data and findings?

We sign a mutual NDA before any work, store evidence encrypted, share findings only with the contacts you name, and return or destroy evidence on request when the engagement ends.
